Landlord Nigel Vowles welcomes you to The Market Inn - the friendly pub in the North Somerset village of Yatton.
The pub is believed to date in part from the 16th century and an original inglenook fireplace is still a prominent feature in this part of the building which has low ceilings and door frames. The majority of the pub is from a later era but still has 18-inch thick walls and some very old shutters and low ceilings.
The Market Inn is a traditional two-bar Pub with the advantage of a skittle alley and very large back garden.
We are open for Lunch 12:00 til 2:00 Wednesday to Friday 5.00pm evenings and all day on Sundays.
We offer food at lunchtimes from 12:00 midday until 1:30pm. Wednesday to Friday and 'Grandma's Sunday Dinner. Please refer to the 'Food' page for further details of our lunchtime bar menu and special buffet menu options.
We have a six foot big screen for sporting events With BT Sport from the 21st November 2013 well as traditional pub games and teams.
Children welcome, especially with our play equipment in the garden when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Dogs on leads are welcome.
